Individual Memberships—If you have a desire to significantly improve your personal expertise in leadership and management systems, membership in MassExcellence can help. Our knowledge sharing is based on the nationally validated Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. Baldrige has been managed by the National Institute of Technology (NIST) since its inception in 1987, and the Criteria has evolved and matured ever since. Learn how to systemize and integrate leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, information and knowledge management, employee focus, process management, and organizational results. It will make your life easier in the long run.

Members receive discounts and/or no-charge seats to our public events. Collaboration and networking between our members is also promoted. We are also connected to some of the best organizations in Massachusetts, who also provide their own great networking opportunities. We're not just doing good stuff; we're doing the right stuff. For example, our discounting helps your membership pay for itself. This varies depending on the event, which may come at no charge for members, but if there is a cost, the savings are always significant.
Here are several examples of our public and private and customized single-company Baldrige-related workshops. All our topics relate to the systems of Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Information and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Results.
- Baldrige for Managers and Leaders (this looks at Baldrige from the perspective of running the company, not assessing the company)
- Developing and Deploying a Strategic Planning System (this is not a strategic planning session, this is all about developing and deploying an effective and systematic planning system
- Leadership Development, Communication, and Succession Planning (in addition to employees, leaders need development and a systematic succession plan to ensure organizational continuity, and of course, having an effective leadership communication system )
